Automation Lifting Belt

PCB has developed a new elevator technology that uses lifting belts instead of steel cord.For this purpose, steel cord are combined and covered with rubber. Special fastenings connect the belt with the elevator car and the drive. The drive requires less maintenance because no steel cord have to run over pulleys and wear out in the process. 

Applications：

Automotive industry and other application area for lifting cars or parts. 

Advantages:

• Low Elongation of the belt(＜0.5%).

• Low Operation noise than common steel cable lifting.

• Long operation period.

• High Tensile strength.
