Gypsum Board( Dry wall) Forming Belt

The output and quality of the gypsum board factory depend to a large extent on the quality and condition of the forming production line. The flatness of the conveyor belt will affect the quality and consistency of the product. Any slight deformation, dents, bumps, blemishes or damage will have a negative impact on the quality and yield of gypsum board.

The production process of conventional conveyor belts can cause significant changes in thickness, resulting in uneven surface of gypsum board. PCB is specially produced by Rotor-cure machine, and the production line pre-forming technology is adopted to make the surface quality and thickness tolerance of the conveyor belt meet the requirements of the gypsum board production line.
